Pranapada Rasi Birth Time Rectification Technique

Purpose of the Technique:

This technique is used to determine whether a horoscope belongs to a human or not.

Core Technique:

  • Check the Pranapada Rashi in the D9 (Navamsa) Chart.

  • The Pranapada Lagna in D9 must be in a Trikona (trine: 1st, 5th, or 9th house) from the Navamsa Lagna for human birth.

  • If it is not in a trine, adjust the birth time until this condition is met.

Birth Indications Based on Pranapada Rashi (D9 Chart):

House Position (from Pranapada Rashi) Birth Type
1 / 5 / 9 Human
2 / 6 / 10 Animals
3 / 7 / 11 Birds
4 / 8 / 12 Insects, Serpents, Aquatic Life

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Open your D9 Navamsa Chart.

  2. Locate the Pranapada Rashi.

  3. Ensure that this Rashi is in a trine (1, 5, 9) from the D9 Lagna (Ascendant).

  4. If not, adjust the birth time until the trine alignment is achieved.

Using Saptrishi Astrology App:

  1. Create your birth chart.

  2. Open the D9 (Navamsa) chart.

  3. Scroll down to find Pranapada – note the Rashi.

  4. If your birth time is not rectified, adjust it:

    • The D9 Lagna will change.

    • So will the trines, and possibly the Pranapada Rashi.

    • Adjust until Pranapada Rashi falls in a trine (1st, 5th, 9th) from the D9 Lagna.

Example:

  • Before Birth Time Rectification (BTR):

    • D9 Ascendant: Virgo

    • Pranapada Rashi: Pisces

  • After Adjusting Birth Time:

    • D9 Ascendant changes to Leo or Libra

    • The trine Rashi also changes accordingly

⚠️ Don't get confused – just focus on aligning the Pranapada Rashi in a trine to the D9 Lagna.
